History of Fonte
Sales Wave LLC is incorporated as the future parent company of Fonte – the staffing company of choice and your source for people is born.
Stablished the company’s first training program after obtaining DOT Certification to certify Flagmen with the goal of providing qualified employees to our customers while providing better opportunities to our employees
onte was awarded it’s first large scale government contract in Broward County because of the previously stablished status as CBE/DBE in the county and minority contractor certification in the State of Florida
Started with last years focus, hired and developed two new team members to help complete the work started in the last quarter of 2023, including a new web site and new sales objectives and procedures
With help from friends and family and after 8 years of training, learning, working and saving Fonte has the resources and begins an owner operated staffing company with the help of one customer and one newly hired employee
Opened and closed a physical location in Medley Florida to service the needs of our customers and employees but COVID played a major role in future hiring and recruiting practices so we moved to a remote or digital structure shifted our operations to conform to the new social norm
Began working on reinforcing our internal processes and procedures to ensure a competitive advantage and sustained growth by stablishing hiring processes and procedures based on personnel attitude and aptitude vs experience
